Precast concrete steps are useful in a variety of industrial applications, as well as providing a safe and attractive entrance to homes, businesses, temporary buildings, doublewides,etc.
M-1 Tanks precast steps range from 1 step with no platform, to 3 steps with a platform. Precast steps are hollow, this reduces the risk of settling and makes the steps lighter and easier to set in place. Precast steps are easy to install and low maintenance. Steps may be stacked on top one another for further customization options.
The corners of the steps are reinforced to allow for railings to be installed. Railings are required for heights larger than 21”.
